ALL SALES AND SERVICES ARE FINAL. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the goods at info@unseenhandz to alert us of the damage or error, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of execution. This deposit amount will be deducted from the final invoice after services have been completed.
We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur, and you may need to cancel services. Please reach out to us to discuss.
